Dental Benefits

We will accept the assignment of benefits portion of most dental benefits plans. We will file the claims electronically for you, and request that your benefits company send the reimbursement to us. You, as the patient are responsible for anything that benefits does not pay. We will inform you of the balance due at the time of treatment and request payment at that time.

It is important to remember that your Dental Benefits package was chosen by your employer as a benefit to help pay for dental treatment. Very few actually cover all needed treatment in full, but we hope that our patients will not let the benefits dictate their treatment.

At this time, we do participate with Delta Dental, United Concordia, MetLife, and Guardian.

Office Payment Policy

This is an outline of our office payment policy, to aid you in your planning purposes. The patient’s payment is due in full at the time of treatment. Any of the following options is acceptable:

  • Personal checks
  • Cash
  • Discover, Visa and MasterCard credit cards
  • Money orders/bank checks
  • Care Credit card (see note)

Care Credit is a revolving Health Care credit card that is accepted at many health care facilities nationwide. It is very easy to apply for, and it can be done in our office or over the phone. Most of our patients qualify for the 3-month, 6-month or 12-month interest-free options that they offer. Over 95% of our patients that apply have been approved for this credit plan.
